Tomorrow is September first. It's the official start date of work and the unofficial end of summer. It's also the end of my blog (for this summer anyway).
It's been a crazy couple of months between all the showers and wild bachelorette parties. I've learned a lot about tending to a yard. I've probably picked thousands of weeds. I've gotten a tan for the first time in I can't remember when. I've cooked some delicious food and played with fun kitchen gadgets. I've battled scary bugs. I've oscillated from super-frugal to shopaholic, which I suppose balances out in the end. I've landed my tripod headstand. I've learned to waltz. I've written. I've grown.
All in all, I'd say it's a win.
Thank you so so much for those folks that have been reading. I know I have a few faithful followers and I can't tell you how much it's meant to me that you actually care about reading things about my silly, little life. Hope you got a laugh or two out of the deal.
