Pretty soon anyway.
While picking out fall flowers for my centerpieces, and having an uncharacteristically cooler August day, it occurred to me that autumn is really just around the corner.
I don't mind. I actually love that time of year. The leaves change from bright green to vibrant shades of red, orange and yellow. The air becomes crisp. You start craving apple pie and pumpkin bread. You stop wearing flip-flops and break out your boots.
It will also be back-to-school time very shortly. I'm trying to balance wedding planning, with preparing my classroom, and a few unfinished yard projects yet to be tackled, but one thing at a time right?
